About My Co-Therapist

I am thrilled to introduce you virtually, and will be even more so to see you on the land where I practice ecotherapy.

Savanna Moon is a 90-acre homestead and wildlife sanctuary in western Wisconsin, near the confluence of the Mississippi and the Chippewa Rivers, atop a bluff.

Ecotherapy is an opportunity to partner with the wild in your personal healing.

The goal of psychotherapy is to increase your feelings of freedom to live your life more fully. When the land mirrors that freedom to be and belong, there is a opening for productive exploration of your inner world.

We may wander the trails or spend time in the woods and prairie.

We may sit around a fire.

We could journey to the sacred grove of oaks.

We might choose to stick close to shelter and the gardens.

There are various levels of wild immersion available, and these sessions will be tailored to you.

From the prairie flowers on the hill's plateau to oak savannas along the slopes, this place provides a refuge of diverse life. Silence and natural beauty provide a portal to the healing power of this special land."
