Note on Insurance
I am not in-network for any insurance companies through my private practice, Firesoul and Oak. I can provide a diagnosis and superbill paperwork to submit to your insurance on an out-of-network basis for hourly therapy.
Therapy intensives are self-pay services, price based on value, and I do not provide super bills.
I accept HSA/FSA for sessions.
I work with a limited number of clients in partnership with Peaceful Mind Mental Health, with options for insurance billing, sliding scale, and reduced rates through Open Path. These spots are currently filled. Contact me to be added to the waiting list.

Choosing the Right Fit
Weekly therapy may be a better fit if:

you prefer weekly or bi-weekly pace with one hour sessions

you're looking for an ongoing therapeutic relationship
An intensive may be a better fit if:

something feels urgent, stuck, or hard to move through

a life change just happened

you have the insight and understanding, and you need a container for ritual and integration

you're looking for time to process outside of daily life

you’re ready for a longer therapy experience
All services are paid in full beforehand through the online portal.
