What is a Ecotherapy Intensive?

An Ecotherapy Intensive is dedicated time away from the noise of your everyday life and into the steadiness of the natural world. It’s a 5.5 hour therapy container inspired by my mission to serve medical professionals & grievers, designed together, especially for you. We step outside so your nervous system can be supported to slow down. We'll share grounded conversation, nature-based practices, and notice reflections woven into the landscape, so we can tend to your burnout, strain, and stress or  your grief and all the emotions which come with it.

Ecotherapy is not about optimizing you. It’s about helping you remember who you are beyond your roles and returning you to a steadier pulse. My goal is to support you to maintain, and enjoy, the career you've worked so hard for and to support those in grief. While I dreamt this up for medical professionals in burn out and people in grief, this offering may be useful for any burnt out professional with their heart in their work or other emotional concerns. Ecotherapy is useful for depression, anxiety, and trauma.

An intensive may help if you:

  • feel stuck in a life transition

  • are questioning identity or sexuality

  • are experiencing burnout or existential fatigue

  • feel lost in grief

  • want deeper therapy than weekly sessions provide
